service

Last updated October 30, 2026

By accessing or using Zinthi ("the Service") at zinthi.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Zinthi LLC ("Zinthi", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these terms carefully.

01Use of the service

Zinthi is a workspace for team communication and collaboration, including chat, boards, voice and video calls, projects, private work logs, and mail, on the web and on native desktop. You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to transmit spam, illegal content, or content that violates others' rights
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email, or violate the CAN-SPAM Act or any similar law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

02Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at hello@zinthi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

03Connected accounts

Zinthi lets you connect outside accounts through OAuth, such as Gmail or Outlook for Zinthi Mail and Google Calendar for your events. When you connect an account:

  • You authorize Zinthi to access your mail or calendar on your behalf, within the scope you grant during the OAuth flow
  • You can revoke this access at any time, in Zinthi's settings or through your provider (for Google, at myaccount.google.com/permissions)
  • You remain responsible for complying with your provider's terms of service

How we handle data from connected accounts, including Google user data and Microsoft account data, is described in our Privacy Policy.

04Your content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Zinthi. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not sell your content or use it for advertising. We do not use your content to train generalized AI or machine learning models. You can export your workspace whenever you want.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

05Early access

Zinthi is currently free during early access. Early access comes with the usage limits listed on our homepage, such as the number of boards, call length, and file storage. Features and limits may change while Zinthi is in early access.

If you reach a limit, email hello@zinthi.com and we'll work it out with you.

06Payments and refunds

If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before any charge applies, and nothing will be billed without your agreement. Paid plans are billed in advance. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, but we'll work with you if something goes wrong. Just reach out.

07Availability

We aim to keep Zinthi available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

08Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

09Limitation of liability

Zinthi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zinthi LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
